资源简介:
Implications of continuous cropping practices in pineapple cultivation decreases plant growth and yield, and rotational cropping practice increases pineapple growth and yield. The mechanisms underpinning these continuous cropping obstacles should thus be explored. The physical and chemical characteristics of the soil, soil bacterial community structure, and the agronomic variables, such as chlorophyll, TN content of the pineapple leaves, and pineapple yield were analyzed and compared in two contrasting cropping practices.Associations between soil bacterial community and the physical and chemical characteristics of the soil, and associations between soil bacterial community and agronomic variables(such as chlorophyll, TN content of the pineapple leaves, and pineapple yield) were both examined to explore how the bacterial community might affect pineapple growth under the two contrasting cropping practices.
