胶州湾站2005-2022年水环境要素观测数据集

选取胶州湾站2005-2022年获取的长期水环境要素数据整理形成。整理过程采用CERN统一规范的数据处理方法和质量控制体系对原始数据进行质量控制和整理、加工，之后对时间序列数据进行3sigma检验，对未通过的数据进行人工核查、临近站点对比确定异常值，异常值以缺失值进入之后的统计。数据项包括水深、透明度、水温、盐度、水色、悬浮体含量、硅酸盐、磷酸盐、溶解无机氮、pH、总氮、总磷、颗粒有机碳。数据集可以代表温带典型海湾胶州湾水环境和营养水平，可以开展海水水质评价、海湾生态系统的动态变化、海洋环境可持续发展、海洋健康评估等研究。

This dataset is compiled from long-term aquatic environmental monitoring data collected at the Jiaozhou Bay Station from 2005 to 2022. During the data compilation process, the original raw data were subjected to quality control and processing in accordance with the standardized data processing methods and quality control system established by CERN. Subsequently, a 3-sigma test was performed on the time-series dataset. For data that failed the test, manual verification and cross-comparison with data from adjacent monitoring stations were conducted to identify outliers, which were then replaced with missing values for subsequent statistical analyses. The dataset includes the following variables: water depth, transparency, water temperature, salinity, water color, suspended matter content, silicate, phosphate, dissolved inorganic nitrogen (DIN), pH, total nitrogen (TN), total phosphorus (TP), and particulate organic carbon (POC). This dataset can effectively reflect the aquatic environment and nutrient status of Jiaozhou Bay, a typical temperate coastal bay, and is applicable to research such as seawater quality assessment, dynamic changes of bay ecosystems, sustainable development of marine environments, and marine health assessment.
