Chronic recordings in HVC with silicon probe arrays in singing zebra finches.

We recorded extracellularly from HVC nucelus of birds chronically implanted with 16/32 site Si Probes, while they freely sang, simultaneously with their song (recorded through an Earthworks m-30 microphone).We sorted the spikes usling kilosort/klusta. We present the sorted spikes (not manually curated), the full microphone recordings, and the timestamps where the onset of each instance of a courtship song motif was detected.Data is in the .kwik format (https://klusta.readthedocs.io/en/latest/kwik/).
