This dataset provides a subset of the input ozone concentration forcing data and the corresponding model simulation output data used to assess ozone-caused damage to vegetation in the Community Terrestrial Systems Model (CTSM) version 5.3. The ozone concentration data are used as external forcing for CTSM simulations, while the output data include selected vegetation and carbon-cycle variables generated under the modified ozone-stress parameterization schemes described in Zhou (2026b). Due to data volume limitations, only representative portions of the full dataset are archived here. The archived data support process-based analysis of vegetation responses to ozone exposure and enable reproducibility of the model experiments presented in Zhou (2026a). Researchers interested in accessing the complete dataset are encouraged to contact Peng Zhou directly. The archived data are provided to ensure transparency, long-term accessibility, and reuse for land surface modeling and vegetation–atmosphere interaction studies, within the constraints of data volume.
