Processed DNA methylation datasets generated by Reduced Representation Nanopore Sequencing and DNA methylation array analysis

This dataset contains processed DNA methylation data generated during the development and validation of Reduced Representation Nanopore Sequencing (RRNS). The dataset includes nanopore-derived CpG methylation profiles in bedMethyl/BED format and DNA methylation array beta values generated from the same biological samples. These data were used to evaluate the concordance between RRNS and DNA methylation array-based methylation profiling. Raw nanopore sequencing reads are available in the DDBJ Sequence Read Archive under BioProject accession number PRJDB42866.
