The magnetic susceptibility of all NBP10-01 and NBP12-03 sediment cores was measured onboard ship using Bartington MS2C loop sensors (jumbo piston cores) and a Bartington MS2E surface scanning sensor for kasten core archive tubes. The data sets are curated at the Antarctic Marine Geology Research Facility at Florida State University. The data is available by submitting a data request to the curator through the AMGRF website. Cruises NBP10-01 and NBP12-03 were part of the Larsen Ice Shelf System Antarctica (LARISSA) program. Study areas include the Larsen Ice Shelf embayments (LIS-A and LIS-B) on the eastern Antarctic Peninsula, and several fjords and bays on the western Antarctic Peninsula including Andvord Bay, Barilari Bay, Hugo Island Trough, and a sediment drift occupying Larsen Channel on the northern AP.
