3um polystyrene bead & red blood cell & histological slide datasets

We shared a part of 3um polystyrene bead, red blood cell, and histological datasets used in the study "<strong>Deep learning based on parameterized physical forward model for adaptive holographic imaging with unpaired data</strong>". <br> 3um polystyrene bead - 300 ground truths - 100 diffraction intensities for each distance (7, 9, 11, 13, 15, and 17mm) <br> red blood cell - 600 ground truths - 600 diffraction intensities for unknwon distance <br> histological slide - 20 ground truths for each tissue type(1-20: duodenum, 21-40: stomach, body, 41-60: stomach, antrum) - 20 diffraction intensities for each tissue type(1-20: small bowel, 21-40: appendix, 41-60: rectum, 61-80: colon) <br> The whole datasets are available from the corresponding author upon reasonable request.
