Topics: The study contains 16 variables on 2442 employees: name, first name, date of start of work, employment category, in part religious denomination and date of leaving company and reason; year, department, salary, bonus, rents (in part), bonuses, etc. Die Studie untersucht anhand der Daten die betriebliche soziale Lage (Status) von in Unternehmen tätigen Gruppen, im Prozess der Industrialisierung festgestellte Veränderungen und damit die Veränderungen der betrieblichen Sozialbeziehungen. Themen: Die Studie beinhaltet 16 Variablen zu 2442 Angestellten: Name, Vorname, Eintrittsdatum, Beschäftigungskategorie, teilweise Konfession, Austrittsdatum und deren Grund; Jahr, Abteilung, Gehalt, Gratifikation, Mieten (teilw.), Zulagen, etc.
