Father Participation in Family Education - Dataset

This dataset contains 1,788 survey questionnaires from parents of lower-grade primary school students in Eastern China, examining factors influencing fathers' participation in family education. The dataset includes 577 father responses and 1,211 mother responses across 14 variables in 5 dimensions (cognitive, familial, occupational, capability, social). Associated analysis code implements Pearson correlation, multiple regression, mediation analysis, and effect size calculations. Key findings include: - Cognitive awareness and self-efficacy are the strongest predictors - Education-Involvement Paradox: Lower-educated fathers show higher participation - Self-efficacy mediates 42.5% of cognition-participation relationship
