Transcriptomic m6A MeRIP-seq in human metastatic ovarian carcinoma and in situ ovarian carcinoma tissue

To investigate the mRNA m6A modification profiling in human metastatic ovarian carcinoma and in situ ovarian carcinoma tissue, we performed m6A MeRIP-seq(GenSeq®? m6A MeRIP Kit) with the total RNA extacted from these tissue samples. Overall design: Comparative mRNA m6A modification profiling analysis of MeRIP-seq data for human metastatic ovarian carcinoma tissue and in situ ovarian carcinoma tissue were performed. Each tissue type has three replicates, i.e. Gql-cm, Lww-cm, Lyz-cm ("m" for metastasis), and Gql-c, Lww-c, Lyz-c(in situ ovarian carcinoma).
