Biomass from co-digestion of brewery wastes Metagenome

This study aimed to evaluate the co-digestion from brewery wastewater and brewery spent grain. For this, operational variables in fermentation-methanogenesis were evaluated using bacth reactors. Firstly, autochthonous fermentative microbial consortium of brewery wastes were used in the selection of operational variables by Plackett & Burman for evaluation of operational variables on H2 production. Under methanogenic conditions, the operational variables also were examined by Composite Central Design.
