This dataset contains survey responses from employees working in hybrid work environments. It includes measures of virtual work demands, work-family conflict, personal resource (self-efficacy), and job resource (sense of control). The data was collected to investigate the relationship between virtual work demands, self-efficacy, sense of control, and work-family conflict in hybrid work environments, particularly to examine whether self-efficacy and sense of control moderate the relationship between virtual work demands and work-family conflict.This study used a quantitative approach within a post-positivist paradigm. A cross-sectional, online survey was used to collect data through the Qualtrics survey platform from 480 hybrid workers. Participants were obtained using purposive, convenience, and snowball sampling across diverse organisations. Statistical analyses were performed using IBM SPSS Statistics 30 and MPlus 8.10 and included preliminary analyses (related to reliability, validity, and descriptive statistics), correlation analyses, and moderation analyses.
