资源简介:
Heart failure with preserved ejection fraction (HFpEF) is a serious health problem with limited treatment options. This study is designed to investigate the protective function of exercise training in regulating heart failure with preserved ejection fraction (HFpEF). Overall design: High-fat diet combined with N?-Nitro-L-arginine methyl ester hydrochloride (0.5g/L, Sigma- Aldrich, Germany) were used to establish a âtwo-hitâ mouse model of HFpEF. After five weeks of HFpEF dietary regimen, cardiac diastolic function was measured. An incremental aerobic exercise was performed as a therapeutic protocol from the model successfully constructed last for 8 weeks. At the end of the study, heart tissue in each group was subjected to RNA sequencing to identify the differentially expressed genes and reveal the underlying mechanism.
