Spanish validation dataset for the ASCOT-SCT4

This dataset includes the questionnaire and a 'csv' file containing the responses of dependent people receiving care to questions about the quality of the care they receive, limitations in activities of daily living, wellbeing and subjective health, and demographic and socioeconomic variables. The dataset was used to culturally adapt the ASCOT-SCT4 into Spanish, and to investigate its internal consistency, construct validity and test-retest reliability in Spanish care service users. The database consist of a convenience sample of 190 elderly individuals recruited from nursing homes. A subsample of 72 individuals participated in a second interview, conducted one week after the initial interview. This sub-sample was used to assess the test-retest reliability of the instrument.
