资源简介:
Dislocation is still a common complication that cannot be totally eliminated in total hip arthroplasty (THA). Compared with other approaches, the posterolateral approach seems to have a higher early dislocation rate mainly for the destruction of the posterior soft-tissue (PST). The encouraging effect of PST repair in preventing early dislocation rate after THA has been confirmed. Through-bone repair technique (TBRT) and through-tendon repair technique (TTRT) are the two commonest methods. There are limited available studies comparing TBRT and TTRT. Therefore, we gave a comprehensive contrast analysis of the above two techniques retrospectively. The findings of this study would be an addition to the limited evidence on this theme.
