Gene expression profile at single cell level of tumor dissociated cells from OS1 PDX tumors after control-PBMC or attIL12-PBMC treatment

We performed single cell RNAseq to explore the molecular changes in cellular composition induced by attIL12-PBMC infusion in OS1 PDX tumors. The OS1 fresh tumors were minced and dissociated with mixed enzymes, removed red blood cells and analyzed with single cell RNAseq.
