山东胜软科技2022年开发实施了“县域医共体”,以县级医院为龙头,整合县域内医疗卫生资源,实现基层首诊、双向转诊、急慢分治、上下联动的分级诊疗模式,提高; 县域内医疗服务水平,缓解看病难、看病贵的问题。“数据要素×医疗健康”在县域医共体中的应用如下:1、电子健康档案共享:通过数据要素的应用,实现县域内居民电子健康档案的共享,确保医生能够全面了解患者的病史、过敏史等信息,提高诊疗效率和准确性。2、远程医疗服务:借助互联网和数据传输技术,实现县域内医疗机构之间的远程会诊、远程手术指导等医疗服务,提升基层医疗机构的诊疗能力。3、医疗资源优化配置:通过数据分析,了解县域内医疗资源的分布和使用情况,实现医疗资源的优化配置,避免资源浪费和短缺。4、精准健康管理:利用大数据和人工智能技术,对县域内居民的健康数据进行挖掘和分析,提供个性化的健康管理建议,降低疾病发病率。5、医疗卫生监管:通过数据分析和挖掘,实现对县域内医疗机构的监管和评估,提高医疗服务的透明度和公信力,保障医疗质量和安全。6、疫情防控支持:在疫情期间,利用大数据追踪感染源、预测疫情趋势,为县域内疫情防控工作提供决策支持。
Shandong Shengruan Technology developed and implemented the "County-level Medical Community" project in 2022. Taking county-level hospitals as the leading hub, this project integrates medical and health resources within the county to realize the hierarchical diagnosis and treatment model featuring grassroots first consultation, two-way referral, separation of acute and chronic cases, and vertical linkage, thereby improving the overall medical service level within the county and alleviating the issues of difficult and costly access to medical treatment.
The applications of "Data Elements × Medical and Health Care" in the county-level medical community are as follows:
1. Electronic Health Record Sharing: Through the application of data elements, the sharing of residents' electronic health records across the county is achieved, enabling doctors to fully obtain patients' medical histories, allergy records and other relevant information, thus improving the efficiency and accuracy of diagnosis and treatment.
2. Telemedicine Services: Leveraging the Internet and data transmission technologies, remote medical services such as remote consultation and remote surgical guidance between medical institutions within the county are realized, enhancing the diagnosis and treatment capabilities of grassroots medical institutions.
3. Optimized Allocation of Medical Resources: Through data analysis, the distribution and utilization status of medical resources within the county can be grasped, realizing the optimized allocation of medical resources and avoiding resource waste and shortage.
4. Precision Health Management: By leveraging big data and artificial intelligence technologies, the health data of residents within the county are mined and analyzed to provide personalized health management suggestions and reduce the incidence of diseases.
