Simulated transition path between the two high-moment states of a single-stranded chain of 15 equidimensional magnetosomes

Assumptions: 50 nm spherical magnetosomes with a saturation magnetization of 480 kA/m (magnetite) separated by 5 nm gaps.<br>Initial and final states: SD-like states with all magnetic moment parallel to the chain axis.<br>CSV data structure with magnetosomes numbered from 1 to 15 starting from one chain extremity. Magnetic moment directions are given in spherical coordinates with respect to the chain axis. Column 1: total energy normalized by kT, with T = 293 K. Columns 2-16: polar angles of the magnetic moments of individual magnetosomes (theta01, ..., theta15).
