To investigate the effects of 2FL treatment on mouse intestinal epithelial cells and changes in the gut microbiome, we performed RNA-seq on intestinal epithelial cells and metagenomic sequencing on fecal samples. Additionally, to examine the impact of DSS treatment on lysogeny in the mouse gut, we conducted metagenomic sequencing on fecal samples during DSS treatment.
