BUSCO Alignments and Trees

The dataset contains the BUSCO amino acid alignments and their respective trees from nine <i>Eucalyptus </i>species. Each compressed file consists of three folders:<br>- <code>all</code> (including all BUSCO loci)<br>- <code>bias</code> (including BUSCO loci with significant results based on either or both statistical tests)<br>- <code>nonbias</code> (including BUSCO loci with non-significant results based on both statistical tests)
