Dutch language resources for spaCy

Version 0.1.0 of the Dutch language resources for spaCy spaCy is a library for advanced natural language processing in Python and Cython. See also https://spacy.io/ and https://github.com/explosion/spaCy The Dutch language resources were trained with data from Universal Dependencies (UD_Dutch: https://github.com/UniversalDependencies/UD_Dutch and UD_Dutch-LassySmall: https://github.com/UniversalDependencies/UD_Dutch-LassySmall ) and CoNLL 2002 (http://www.cnts.ua.ac.be/conll2002/ner.tgz ; http://www.cnts.ua.ac.be/conll2002/ner/).
