Transcriptome data of Brachypodium sylvaticum- Epichloe sylvatica symbiosis.

Transcriptome analysis was carried out in endophyte free as well endophyte infected Brachypodium sylvaticum reproductive tissues (ovaries) and vegetative tissues (pseudo stem) to determine the effects of endophyte on host plant gene expression as well as changes in endophyte gene expression during host reproductive development.
