This repository contains the molecular data matrix and associated files used to reconstruct the first phylogeny of the jumping spider genus Rhene (Salticidae: Dendryphantini) within a broader Marpissoida framework. The dataset includes aligned mitochondrial (COI) and nuclear (28S rRNA, 18S rRNA, and Histone H3) gene sequences sampled from Rhene species and representative taxa of major marpissoid lineages, including Old World and New World dendryphantines.
