To better prioritize treatment options and develop a more comprehensive picture of the tumor microenvironment, We sequenced 245 treatment naive Chinese NSCLC patients using Exome-seq and RNA-seq. The mutation profile (n=241) was compared with TCGA results. The relationship between the immune cell composition in TME and tumor genomic alteration was investigated using the immune cell signatures.
