本数据集将数千年来中国传统中医的临床实践融合成一个内涵丰富疾病用药-中药药材-化合物性质的多层次信息数据库，其中包括了50000余个处方，1400多种疾病及其用药，22000多种中药材，以及药材中的19700多种化合物。中医处方信息包括了服用方法、组成药材、治疗疾病以及加减方等内容。可通过方剂名、指定药材来检索。中药材的信息包括了药材名、药材类别、药材性味、药理作用、功能描述与作用、药材归经、植物名、化学成分、产地、形态和规格、组成方剂、治疗疾病、药材图片等内容。可通过药材名、性味、归经、药理等来检索。中医疾病的信息包括了病因、临床诊断要点、实验室检测指征、与其他疾病的辨析、治疗方法与可用方剂名、其他单方验方、对治疗结果的评价、相关方剂、相关药材等内容。可通过疾病名、证候、科属来检索。

This dataset integrates thousands of years of clinical practice of traditional Chinese medicine (TCM) into a comprehensive multi-level information database spanning disease medication, Chinese medicinal materials, and compound properties. It contains over 50,000 prescriptions, more than 1,400 diseases and their corresponding medications, over 22,000 Chinese medicinal materials, and over 19,700 compounds identified from these materials.
Prescription details include administration methods, constituent herbs, targeted diseases, modified formulas, and other related information. The dataset supports retrieval via prescription names and specified medicinal materials.
Information on Chinese medicinal materials covers material names, categories, nature and flavor, pharmacological effects, functional descriptions and indications, meridian tropism, plant scientific names, chemical compositions, producing areas, morphology and specifications, included prescriptions, targeted diseases, and medicinal images, among other content. Retrieval is available via material names, nature and flavor, meridian tropism, and pharmacological properties.
Information on TCM diseases includes etiology, key clinical diagnosis points, laboratory test indicators, differential diagnosis from other diseases, treatment methods and available prescription names, other single-dose empirical formulas, treatment outcome evaluations, related prescriptions, related medicinal materials, and other relevant details. Retrieval is supported via disease names, TCM syndromes, and disease categories.
