Amplicon 16S rRNA libraries for human enamel biofilm Raw sequence reads

This study aimed to describe the different types of microbial biofilms involved in dental caries following treatment with fluoride varnishes in a high caries risk population. By utilizing comprehensive 16S rRNA profiling, we analyzed the dental plaque microbiome to identify and characterize the microbial communities present. This research provides insights into how fluoride varnishes influence the composition of dental biofilms and their role in preventing and treating dental caries.
