Gene Targeted Suquencing in GSN, CST3, TTR and ITM2B genes in Chinese Patients with Alzherimer's Disease. Homo sapiens

Gene targeted suquencing in GSN, CST3, TTR and ITM2B genes in Chinese patients with Alzherimer's disease and cognitive normal controls. The SRA data showed the sequencing data of five patients with GSN mutations. The whole data was published in Mendeley database, the link is https://data.mendeley.com/datasets/phtt543c63/1. The biosample names of GSN, CST3 and TTR genes were named with gene name and Sample_name, and the biosample names of ITM2B gene were named just Sample_name. The meaningless results in the biosample were filtered due to upload restrictions. The patients' Sample_name were named as numbers or with "D" letter or with "M" letter, and the controls' Sample_name were named with "C" or "L" letter.
