Transcriptomic analysis of primary hepatocytes and total livers from WT mice fed with CSAA or CDAA-HSHC diet during 2 weeks.

Mouse primary hepatocytes (PH) and total livers (TL) prepared from C57Bl6 male adult mice which were fed either a CDAA supplemented cholesterol with glucose and fructose or a CSAA diet during 2 weeks. 3 independent preparations of PH and 4 independent preparations of TL were performed and used to prepare RNA which was then processed for analysis using Clariom S Assay, mouse microarrays according to standard procedures.
