Human PDA Cell Lines: single cell RNA-Sequencing in nomral versus serum-free media

Six Human PDA Cell Lines (KP4, Miapaca2, Panc1, Patu8902, PK45H, SW1990) were cultured in both normal and serum-free media conditions and then were subjected to Single-Cell RNA Sequqncing. Overall design: Six human PDA cell lines were seeded in a 6-well plate (Falcon, ref. 353046) using recommended media. 4h later, media was changed or replaced for serum-free media and culture them for 48h.
