资源简介:
The dataset includes data on particle characterization of debris collected from wear-corrosion tests and blood analysis from rats after 30 days of inoculation. Particle size distribution of the debris was measured using a MasterSizer 3000 with laser diffraction technology. This device features a red He-Ne laser (wavelength: 632.8 nm), a blue LED laser (wavelength: 470 nm), and a Hydro SV small volume dispersion unit with stirring. Measurements were taken with laser obscuration set between 3% and 15%, and sample dispersion was achieved at 1200 rpm. Two debris samples were analyzed, each with three measurements. The dataset contains six files, each with two columns labeled "size" and "volume."Blood analysis was conducted prior to euthanizing the animals in a CO2 chamber, with 1.5 mL of intracardiac blood extracted. Serum samples were prepared by centrifugation at 3,000 x g for 15 minutes, then separated and stored in 1.5 mL Eppendorf tubes in a cold chamber for transport to a laboratory. Hematological analysis was performed by UNILABS (Madrid, Spain) using a Sysmex Kx-21n hematology autoanalyzer (Sysmex Corporation, Kobe, Japan). The dataset file consists of 21 columns, detailing results by treatment group (Serum control, Hyaluronic acid, and Graphene) and particle concentrations (0.63 mg/ml, 1.83 mg/ml, 1.65 mg/ml, and 2.35 mg/ml). Hematological parameters in the dataset include hemoglobin (Hgb), hematocrit (Hct), white blood cell (WBC) count, red blood cell (RBC) count, mean corpuscular volume (MCV), mean corpuscular hemoglobin concentration (MCHC), and platelet (PLT) count. Biochemical parameters measured in serum samples are creatinine (Crea), aspartate aminotransferase (AST), alanine aminotransferase (ALT), lactate dehydrogenase (LDH), total protein (TP), triglycerides (TG), and cholesterol (CHO). Coagulation parameters include prothrombin time (PT), thromboplastin time (TT), and fibrinogen (F).
