Burkholderia gladioli strain:NGJ1 Genome sequencing and assembly. Burkholderia gladioli strain:NGJ1

We have isolated a B. gladioli strain NGJ1 from surface sterilized healthy rice seeds and found that it demonstrates antifungal activity against Rhizoctonia solani, the causal of sheath blight disease of rice. We determined the genome sequence to mine the genome to identify genes/molecules involved in antifungal activities.
