The GIS layer "Bike Facilities" shows the City of Fort Collins Bike Network. Certain attributes in this layer have not been kept up to date and need to be archived. Updated were made in 2026 to reassess the level of traffic stress based on updates to ADT data, infrastructure, speed limit data, centerline data, and lane counts. Level of Traffic Stress was calculated using code that reflected algorithms developed by Peter Furth in the level of traffic stress crtieria tables (https://peterfurth.sites.northeastern.edu/level-of-traffic-stress/).
