The Landing-UAV dataset is composed by a total of 29 meticulously documented landing attempts, with corresponding data available in ROSBAG files. These resources offer valuable insights into the cooperative UAV-USV system’s performance, serving as an essential repository for further analysis and research. The deployment of the landing approach proved to be a resounding success, having been executed over 50 separate occasions across a spectrum of challenging conditions and different scenarios. These comprehensive trials encompassed varying weather conditions, including both clear skies and rainy weather. Moreover, the system demonstrated its resilience even in the face of fluctuating wind speeds, with some instances featuring gusts of up to 12 meters per second (m/s).
