GBS sequencing of a full-sib family of Crassostrea gigas

Both growth and nutritional traits are important economic traits of Crassostrea gigas (C. gigas) in industry. In this study, a high-density genetic map was constructed using a full-sib family with ddGBS method to perform quantitative trait loci (QTL) mapping of growth and nutritional traits, thus provide valuable markers and candidate genes to promote molecular breeding of important economic traits in C. gigas.
