Selected proteins with altered abundance in bladder cancer metastatic T24T versus T24 cells.

All proteins were identified at >99% confidence (corresponding to a Mascot score >46). The table includes the accession number (gi), protein name, molecular weight (in kD), gene array ratio, SILAC ratios (T24T/T24), and the standard deviation (SD, n = 2). All proteins were identified in the two SILAC replicates with at least two unique peptides. Proteins previously described to be involved in cancer metastases are highlighted in italics, while those reported to be related to bladder cancer metastases are highlighted in bold. Proteins validated in immunoblots are highlighted with an asterisk. The absence of values in the "Gene Array Ratio" column, highlighted as "-", indicates absence of the specific probe on the array.
