Reanalysis of microarray data from murine bone marrow–derived dendritic cells infected with Leishmania amazonensis (GEO: GSE144039)
收藏资源简介:
This repository contains processed transcriptomic data and analysis scripts generated from the reanalysis of publicly available microarray data derived from murine bone marrow–derived dendritic cells infected with Leishmania amazonensis. The original dataset was obtained from the NCBI Gene Expression Omnibus (GEO) under accession GSE144039 (Lecoeur et al., 2020). Expression values correspond to RMA-normalized log2 microarray intensities provided by the original study. For the analyses included in the associated manuscript, samples from uninfected dendritic cells (Ctrl) and dendritic cells infected with non-opsonized Leishmania amazonensis (L.am) were analyzed. Differential expression analysis was performed using the limma package in R. The repository includes processed expression matrices, differential expression results, curated gene lists used for heatmap visualization, and the R scripts used for data processing. These data support the analyses presented in the associated manuscript currently under submission investigating the role of the aryl hydrocarbon receptor (AhR) in host responses to Leishmania amazonensis infection. Original microarray data are publicly available at GEO under accession GSE144039.
