Transcriptome analysis of infected wheat by two monosporidial lines and their dikaryon stage of Tilletia indica to understand host-pathogen interaction

A transcriptome analysis was carried out on RNA-seq data obtained from a susceptible wheat cultivar (WL711) at 24 hours after inoculation (hai ), 48 hai and 7 days after inoculation (dai) of PSWKBGH-1, 2 and 3. The study aims at comparative analysis between the pathogenic dikaryon stage with its monosporidial lines at transcriptomic level to study the genes in all the three genomes and wheat genes affected due to their infection.
