This project provides the genome assembly of 3 species of marine heterotrophic flagellates. The assemblies are provided by the Catalan Initiative for the Earth Biogenome Project (https://www.biogenoma.cat/). Species are the following: Caecitellus paraparvulus (HFCC71) - Bicosoecida (Stramenopiles) Caecitellus pseudoparvulus (RCC 1072) - Bicosoecida (Stramenopiles) Paraphysomonas bandaiensis (RCC383) - Chrysophyceae (Stramenopiles)
