This article aims to investigate the effects of single or mixed inoculation between two types of PGPR (Baxillus. sp, Pseudomonas. sp) and AM fungi (Funneliformes mosseae) on tobacco seedling growth, and to use high-throughput sequencing technology to analyze the changes in rhizosphere soil bacterial communities under different treatments, in order to clarify the impact of PGPR+AM fungal combination on rhizosphere microbial communities. Intended to provide theoretical basis and technical support for the research and development of tobacco compound microbial seedling fertilizer.
