This project investigates the composition and diversity of endophytic and rhizospheric bacterial communities associated with Morus spp. (mulberry) using 16S rRNA high-throughput sequencing. Samples were collected from roots, stems, and associated soils of multiple mulberry germplasm resources under uniform cultivation. The data provide insights into microbiome variation among plant compartments and soil, and contribute to the understanding of plant-microbe interactions in perennial fruit crops. The results will provide theoretical support for understanding endophytic bacterial diversity in grafted crops and offer guidance for the isolation of functional endophytic bacteria.
