Sequencing data derived from library screening against CREB1. Uploaded as word documents which illustrate the amino acid sequences observed from Sanger sequencing of randomised peptide regions, across bacterial passages. This also includes sequencing for library verification. These data were used to generate sequence logo graphics but were not used for any statistical inference, as library screening produced single hit sequences upon repeated passaging.
