This dataset is part of the ESCALA (Study of Urban Health and Climate Change in Informal Settlements in Latin America) project that was funded by the Lacuna Fund of the Meridian Institute https://lacunafund.org/. This dataset contains the geographic layer of the boundaries of localities of Bogota as of 2022. Data obtained from "Datos Abiertos Bogotá" on their official website: https://datosabiertos.bogota.gov.co/. The data were consolidated by the Secretaría Distrital de Planeación (SDP) and openly
published on the previously mentioned site. The following attributes were added to the locality layer: ID_LOC, NAME.
