Anhui Province is situated in a unique climatic transition zone in China, encompassing a wide array of agricultural systems. Accurate, high-resolution crop parcel (CP) data is the cornerstone for precision agriculture, enabling detailed crop monitoring, resource management, and informed policy-making. This dataset, presented in two parts, provides the first high-precision, large-scale crop parcel boundaries and their corresponding source imagery for the entirety of Anhui Province. The dataset was developed using a novel, two-stage hierarchical deep learning framework detailed in the related publication, "PT-PEFT SAM: A Hierarchical Foundation Model Framework for Generalizable Agricultural and Crop Parcel Delineation". The imagery was generated by applying the GeoSR super-resolution model to Sentinel-2 data, resulting in high-fidelity 2m resolution images. These images were then processed by our framework to produce the final crop parcel boundaries. Due to the total dataset size exceeding Zenodo's upload limits, the complete parcel and imagery data for Anhui Province has been divided into two corresponding parts. This data record contains Part 1 of 2. It includes the first compressed archive of vector parcel data (parcel_1.zip) and the corresponding 2-meter super-resolution imagery (image_1.rar). Parcel data contains the vector parcel data in shapefile format. The files are organized and named according to the administrative divisions, following a "City_County" convention.
