Five samples were collected for pollen and macrobotanical analysis from
feature fill along the side walls of auwai (an irrigation channel). Radiocarbon
ages are associated with all samples examined. Pollen and macrobotanical
analyses were undertaken to identify crops grown in this area by any of the
earlier inhabitants.
