Mitophagy and mitochondrion-related expression profiles in response to physiological and pathological hypoxia in the corneal epithelium

To study the responses to physiological and pathological hypoxia, we performed gene expression profiling analysis of RNA-seq data for murince corneal epithelial cells preconditioned under 3 oxygen levels.
