The figures show the number of cases where Councillors have required assistance and not those which have been submitted via the online portal or where service areas have been contacted directly. These numbers are not inclusive of all casework carried out by members. Members use multiple channels to submit requests the numbers here reflect one of those channels. The figures in this table show the number of OSS submitted from 01/01/2021 - 31/12/2021
