ur study investigates the phyllosphere microbial communities in wetland parks along the urbanization gradient of Hangzhou. By sampling across urban, peri-urban, and rural wetland parks, we aim to understand how urbanization affects microbial diversity and composition on plant surfaces. This research provides insights into the impact of urban development on ecological health and contributes to strategies for preserving biodiversity in rapidly urbanizing areas.
