GEO-Nav

GEO-Nav是由挪威奥斯陆大学创建的一个专门用于电压门控钠通道（Nav通道）几何结构研究的数据集。该数据集包含84个结构，其中21个来自蛋白质数据库（PDB），其余63个通过引入均匀随机扰动生成。GEO-Nav不仅提供了Nav通道的分子表面（SES），还提供了扰动表面以测试工具对原子位移小扰动的鲁棒性，并提供了评估识别通道属性的测量方法。该数据集主要用于解决Nav通道的形态学分析问题，为药物设计和发现提供了重要的几何信息资源。

GEO-Nav is a dataset developed by the University of Oslo, Norway, specifically tailored for research on the geometric structures of voltage-gated sodium channels (Nav channels). This dataset contains 84 structures, 21 of which are sourced from the Protein Data Bank (PDB), while the remaining 63 are generated via the introduction of uniformly random perturbations. GEO-Nav not only provides the molecular surfaces (SES) of Nav channels, but also offers perturbed surfaces to test the robustness of tools against small perturbations of atomic displacements, alongside measurement metrics for evaluating the identification of channel properties. This dataset is primarily applied to solve morphological analysis problems related to Nav channels, serving as a critical geometric information resource for drug design and discovery.
