In this study, the transcriptomes of root, shoot, stem, leaf, flower were equenced using the Illumina platform. In total, 8.9 GB clean reads were assembled into 70,405 unigenes with an average length of 864 bp by de novo assembly using Trinity software. Through similarity comparisons with 7 functional databases (NR, NT, GO, COG, KEGG, Swissprot and Interpro), 41,783 unigenes were annotated. In addition, In addition, 167 MADS-box genes, which were involved in controlling all major aspects of development, including male and female gametophyte development, embryo and seed development, as well as root, flower and fruit development in plants, were identified and its codon usage bias was analyzed.
