Large set of images derived from classification of Planetscope satellite data of the area around Hornsund, Svalbard. The images contain index values from which the presence of thick or thin sea ice or open water can be deduced, and cover an area roughly 5 x 5 km with 3-metre pixels. The data are for the years 2018, 2019, 2022 and 2023. Full details of how the data were created and how they can be visualised are included in a readme file and a copy of the associated publication.
